Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
If we are experiencing a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

We ship orders within the United States using the following carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping for coffee and tea is always free. Shipping charges for your merchandise order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically range from:
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at information@cafeinaco.com.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Please verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier directly for additional information.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at customerservice@cafeinaco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
